I can remember when my body, mind, emotions and spirit were all going in different directions keeping me feeling stressed all the time.
And, there were many days when my mind was telling me to get to work, but my emotions wanted me to curl up in a ball and stay there for awhile.
My relationships with others were suffering too because I was not having the relationship with myself that I really wanted. I was feeling frustrated all the time…and who wants to hang out with someone who is always frustrated?
No one! So I was very lonely. 😔
Does this make sense?
All of it was because I did not know how to bring myself back to center and into alignment.
Actually, I didn’t even know it was possible to have all 4 of my bodies be in harmony with each other. 🥺
I thought that my 4 bodies would always be fighting with each other for priority attention in every moment of every day. 😡
This internal battle was making me miserable!
You may know that the turning point for me was when the stress and frustration was so HUGE that I wound up in bed with a debilitating illness for more than 2 years! 😓
This gave me a lot of time to think.
And because I was finally quiet, I could hear Divine inspirations too. 🌞
I started putting the inspirations into practice and was amazed 😲 at how quickly my body healed, my emotions became calm, and my thoughts became focused…plus, my spirit felt finally that all is well!
Now, I am asked daily how I am able to accomplish so much in the same amount of time as everyone else?
My answer is: “I know how to stay in alignment.”
I have been sharing my 12 personal alignment tips with my private clients over the past few years. 😄
But, now the number of requests I am receiving are growing every day.
To be able to help everyone who wants to know these tips is:
