Here’s your 7th Weekly Chi-Lift!…
As we start a fresh week, I am aware how I am being shown so clearly that the Energy Surges and Chi-Lifting ideas I share can only work to the extent that I am willing to be honest with myself about what I am choosing (and not choosing) to be accountable to myself towards achieving my B-All.
Any gap that exists between between where I say I intend to be accountable to myself and what my actions demonstrate as to what I am actually being accountable to is the gap that creates an energy drain.
To ensure I am keeping my energy fully charged, it is important to notice where I have been creating these gaps and energy leaks so I can make new choices and move forward with greater self-empowerment.
When I stop the leaks, all of the other Energy Surges I discuss in detail in ‘Chi-To-Be! Achieving Your Ultimate B-All’ will now produce results with even greater velocity and ease.
TO STOP THE LEAK, I MUST FIRST NOTICE WHERE I AM NOT YET ACHIEVING WHAT I INTEND TO ACHEIVE.
It is important for me to simply notice where I currently am and what is my intended achievement (goal).
Next, I spend time in quiet meditation considering what I intend to count on myself to be, do, create, etc. in order to achieve my goal.
Next, I consider whether I am already being, doing, creating, etc. what I intend in order to acheive my goal.
Any place where I have not yet begun to be, do, create, etc. is the gap through which my energy will drain.
Next, for each of the areas in which I have not yet begun to be, do, create, etc., I can now ask myself if I really want to be, do, create, etc. those items/qualities.
In other words, I get to tell myself the truth!
If I really do not want to be, do, create, etc. something on the list– but, I have it on my list because I think I ‘should’ — then, I get to take it off my list and release myself from being, doing, creating, etc. that item/quality.
And, if I really do want to be, do, create, etc. something on the list, then I can identify intentional activities and schedule them on my calendar so that they actually are accomplished in a way and at a time that is perfect for me to do so!
