Welcome to Your Weekly Chi-Lift!…
Yesterday, I had the privilege of facilitating a Chi-To-Be! Emotional Release coaching session for one of my clients.
She explained that she was stressed and feeling out of control because she could not get an employee to do what she is paying him to do.
The more she spoke about the situation, the worse she felt. She realized that she had experienced many similar situations over the course of her life so far.
She said she wanted to “stop people from walking all over me.”
She went on to explain that the people she had asked for advice previously had told her to “just get over it; stop worrying about it; don’t make a mountain out of a molehill; stop being so picky; etc.”
This advice just made her feel worse since she felt that they were saying she did not have the right to ask the employee to do what she was hiring him to do….that she should just ignore the fact that the situation was not what she would want it to be.
The situation was on her mind constantly because she felt that there was something wrong with her in wanting to have the situation be different … she was at her wit’s end and deeply upset with herself.
When she finished explaining the situation, I asked to share her B-All with me.
Then, I asked her a series of questions to assist her in clearly identifying the qualities of an employee who would be perfect in assisting her to acheive her B-All.
Next, I asked her which of those qualities her current employee demonstrates…..and which ones the current employee does not demonstrate.
As she answered the questions, my client quickly began to feel more confident, more deserving, and back ‘in control’ realizing that she knew exactly what qualities would be perfect for an employee in that job position in order to achieve her B-All.
She began to realize that she had more than a right — she intended to be Accountable to herself — to ensure that the position was filled by someone who matched the position perfectly.
She also realized that her reasons for hiring the current employee had been fulfilled awhile ago…. she began to envision the position now being filled by someone with a different skill set who could help her move closer to her B-All with velocity and ease.
Her tears stopped, a smile returned to her face, and she told me that she now felt she had re-generated her power simply by taking her attention off the current employee and directing her attention to the type of employee who would be more perfect in that position.
She now intends to share with the current employee the list of qualities and responsibilities required to be fulfilled by the person in that position. She will work out a plan with the current employee to give the person time to find another position while she is in the process of attracting a more perfect employee.
So, the answer to the question: “Was it her of them?” is ‘Her!”
And, that is the good news!
In any given situation, whatever we are allowing we are attracting.
If we don’t like the way we are being treated by others, we can use these situations to become clear about how we do intend to be treated.
We begin to change our lives by using these less-than-perfect situations to assist us in identifying what we would be more perfect to attract in order to acheive our B-All with velocity and ease.
In other words: If it is to be — it is up to me!

What situations in my life would I like to improve?
Who are the people in my life who lift my energy?
How do those people lift my energy?
How are those people different from the other people in my life?
How can I spend more time with the people who lift my energy?

4. Utilize the Chi-To-Be! AChievement Guide as a guided mentoring tool in identifying what you want and intend to have towards the aCHIevement of your goals and B-All!
