Here’s your 13th Weekly Chi-Lift!…
Do you listen to every one of your thoughts throughout the day?
Are you conscious to every one of the thousands of statements and questions your mind presents every hour?
Are you aware of what your mind is saying about you?
I decided to listen carefully to what my mind was saying about me yesterday…and I was surprised…and a bit embarrassed.
If other people spoke about me in the same way my mind speaks about me — I would not be friends with those people.
I heard my mind make negative comments about my appearance and about my ability to complete a task. I heard my mind express doubt about my commitment to achieving my B-All.
And, as the day progressed, I found my energy diminshing with each negative and underminding thought expressed by my mind.
This is exactly why I am so committed to continuing to practice using my heart to train my mind to keep my conversations focused only on speaking loving, encouraging, uplifting thoughts to myself.
Why is this so important to me?
Because the vibration of negative thoughts is much lower than the vibration of positive thoughts…and, the manifestation of my B-All is a very high vibration.
There is no way for me to experience the fulfillment of my B-All without keeping my vibration high as often as possible.
This is why I wrote ‘Chi-To-Be! Achieving Your Ultimate B-All’ – to share all the ways (Energy Surges) I use to think as many positive thoughts as possible throughout my day.
By ‘Keeping My Eye on My B-All‘, it’s much easier to be consistent and committed to speaking only the most positive thoughts about me!
HOW TO PLAY WITH THIS CHI-LIFT THIS WEEK…
1. Read ‘Chi-To-Be! Achieving Your Ultimate B-All ‘ or Listen to the ‘Chi-To-Be! Basic Series CDs’ for more Energy Surges and tips related to this Chi-Lift.
2. Identify your B-All.
3. For one day, keep a journal of all the thoughts you think to yourself about you. Notice how each thought makes you feel — does it drain your energy or add an energy boost to your day?
4. Utilize the Chi-To-Be! AChievement Guide as a guided mentoring tool in identifying what you want and intend to have towards the aCHIevement of your goals and B-All!
In addition to these Weekly Chi-Lifts, I encourage you to participate in the Chi-To-Be! conversation groups on Facebook and LinkedIN.
