How To Train Your Liver

Studies show that people who get good nutrition are less likely to be angry and more likely to manage challenging situations with ease.

Most of us are aware that negative thinking lowers our energy. Many people use a variety of tools, resources, coaches and therapists to help them replace negative thoughts with positive ones to feel better.

What most people do not know is that this mental and emotional cleansing process is enhanced when we also clean and clear our digestive and elimination systems of toxins at the same time.

And, just like any filter, sometimes the liver gets clogged and needs cleaning.
